Zlatan Klimenta

Project Architect

Zlatan received his Bachelor of Architecture from the College of Architecture and Design (COAD) at New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2015. Upon graduation he became a member of the AD100 architectural-interior design team for three waterline square; a luxury high rise residential building part of a 2.3 billion complex on the upper west side of New York City.

 

Before joining MVMK in the winter of 2018, he gained various experience working on different project typologies such as historic restoration, interior design, restaurants, and residential architecture. Since then he has accumulated expertise in preparing zoning drawings, contract documents, performing construction administration, and is actively seeking licensure in both New York & New Jersey. Zlatan has a strong appreciation for detail and how the built environment affects human experience.
